Day 1: Srinagar – Houseboat Dal Lake
Your tour begins with your arrival in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. You'll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your houseboat. Go for local sightseeing covering the famous Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh, Abode of pleasure on the shore of the Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake, where you'll witness the floating gardens and charming houseboats. Dinner and overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar to Pahalgam - The Valley of Shepherds (87.9 km - 2 h 10 min without traffic)
After breakfast, transfer to Pahalgam. Drive through saffron fields; visit Awantipura ruins 1100 yr old temple of Lord Vishnu. On arrival at Pahalgam, check in to your hotel.
Evening is free for leisure activities. Dinner & overnight stay will be at hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 3: Pahalgam Exploration
Today after breakfast, spend the day exploring the beauty of Pahalgam. Visit Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood movie "Betaab," which was shot here. Enjoy a pony ride to Baisaran, also known as Mini Switzerland, and revel in the picturesque landscapes. Later, visit Aru Valley, a charming village known for its scenic meadows and gushing rivers. Day 4: Pahalgam - Gulmarg (140 km - 3 h 16 min without traffic)
Today after breakfast enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts above sea level. Enjoy Gondola ride [on your own] Asia's highest and longest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola the two-stage ropeway the first stage transfers from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley the second stage of the ropeway, takes you to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m (13,780 ft). It is an ideal spot for enjoying a sledge ride on the snow even in mid-summer. Baltal, on the shores of the Sindh River, is located around 15 km away from the north of Sonamarg.
